Most of the commercially available products of Ghee are Processed using machinery. Here the milk is poured in centrifugal motors which rotates at high speed so that fat is separated. This fat then heated to form the Ghee and some additives are added to increase the shelf life. The milk is extracted from those cows is not pure A2 milk as Western hybrid varieties(known for high milk production) only preferred for commercial dairy farming. These cows are often injected with harmones to produce more milk.
